Land of the Free.

My state does not have cyberstalking/harassment laws. None. It's one of the four not to have anything in place for this type of thing.

I live in a state that allows a predator more right than a victim. The people doing this are protected more than I am. I can't fathom this.

I'm not sure if I could pursue this in a different state, under different laws, since all of this is across state lines. I'm in a state that doesn't protect me. The head predator is in a state that does have laws against this. I'll have to research that more.

Nothing else going on, yet. I haven't received a response from CJC. We'll see what they say and go from there. If they can't help me, I'll go federal. I don't care if some, probably traffic, cop told me the FBI wouldn't give me the time of day. Even if I have to go to the media about this. Something will happen. I'm willing to sacrifice my life for this cause. The only thing stopping me from this is my son's safety. He comes first. He will be safe before I take this further. My life is expendable. If I can possibly make it easier for someone else in my situation down the road, then so be it.
